Definitions
This Package is defined as all of the files within any archive file or any group of files released in conjunction by 
DREAM PORTAL, or a derived or modified work based on such files.

A Module, is defined as instructions, to be performed manually or in an automated manner, that alter, and/or extend
any part of this Package.

Distribution is defined as allowing one or more other people to in any way download or receive a copy of this Package,
a Modified Package, or a derivative of this Package.
 
The Software is defined as an installed copy of this Package, a Modified Package, or a derivative of this Package.

The DREAM PORTAL Website is defined as http://www.dream-portal.net/.

Agreement

1. COPYRIGHT
A. Dream Portal reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time, although those changes are not 
retroactive to past releases. Changes to this document will be announced via email using the Dream Portal email 
notification list. Failure to receive notification of a change does not make those changes invalid. A current copy of
this Agreement can be found on the Dream Portal Website.

B. All copyright notices within source files and as generated by the Software as output are retained, and unchanged
when used.

2. - DISTRIBUTION & MODIFICATION

A. ANY MODIFICATION OF THIS PACKAGE REQUIRES WRITTEN CONSENT FROM DREAM PORTAL. If this happens, all works may not be 
sold or released under any paid license. Copying fees for the transport of this Package, support fees for installation 
or other services, and hosting fees for hosting the Software may, however, be imposed. In addition, where in all 
changes and bug fixes must be reported and/or exchanged with Dream Portal.

B. Any Distribution of this Package, whether as a Modified Package or not, includes this license and is released under 
the terms of this Agreement. This clause is not dependant upon any measure of changes made to this Package. All original 
copyrights must remain intact. Generated or otherwise, copyrights may not be removed or altered. However, in modified 
packages, additional copyrights may be added.

C. Permission is hereby also granted to distribute programs which depend on this Package, provided that you do not 
distribute any Modified Package without express written consent.

3. THIRD PARTY EXTENSIONS or "MODULES"

A. Any Modules that come packaged with Dream Portal are a part of the Dream Portal software and, as such, obtain all 
restrictions and limitations of the license, set forth, by default. It must not alter or remove any copyright notices 
in the Software or Package, generated or otherwise.

B. All Custom Modules created by others, that do not come installed with Dream Portal, may or may not have their own 
license.  Dream Portal respects the work of others, and as such, any license that is attached to modules, must be 
honored.  If it is deemed that you have failed to honor a license for a module, than it is considered that you have 
also failed to comply with the Dream Portal License Agreement as well.

C. When a Module to this Package is released, a non-exclusive royalty-free right is granted to Dream Portal to 
distribute the Module in future versions of this package provided such versions remain available under the terms 
of this Agreement in addition to any other license(s) of the initial developer.

4. TERMINATION
This Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described herein. Upon 
termination, you must destroy all copies of this Package, the Software, and any derivatives within 48 hours.

5. DISCLAIMER
A. Dream Portal, grants no warranties. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED 
"AS IS" AND DREAM PORTAL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER WHETHER EXPRESS OR, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT 
LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 
Without limiting the foregoing, you are solely responsible for determining and verifying that the SOFTWARE that you 
obtain and install is the appropriate version.

B. Dream Portal, claims No Liability for Consequential Damages. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 
IN NO EVENT SHALL DREAM PORTAL BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER 
(INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF 
BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF 
DREAM PORTAL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
